Are you new in software development? Would you want to start? This one day web development course will provide an entry point for anyone who wants to start programming. The training materials are designed to be easily understandable and are coupled with activities that cope with the individual phase of each participant. The facilitators themselves are adept in web development so that they can discuss the questions of the participants with confidence and clarity.

The day will be filled with lots of activites that promote coding, coupled with just the right amount of lectures and discussions.

Jane Salarda

Jane Salarda started her career as a university professor, teaching software development to university students. This helped her transition to becoming a lead trainor at Emerge Trainings, a training group that conducts trainings in Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam and now in Finland. Jane has conducted 35 software development trainings so far. Jane works on software development projects as Front End Developer, mobile application publishing, User Experience Designer, Quality Engineer, and Project Manager. The best person to teach software development is a person who does software development.

Markku Kero will tell you what kind of a programmer you are by looking at the source code of your programs. He knows the technology behind a large banking company by the error message dialog box. He can tell you technologies of the future today. At 8 yrs old he developed his own game on a Commodore 64. At 17, he taught Finland government employees all over Finland on how to use email. Markku mentors countless individuals that are now known in their own circles and is proud to have taught software development to hundreds of students in different countries.
